My Music Collection
Being a computer programmer, after I just ripped all my CDs to MP3s (a task that took many months), I wrote a program today that told me some surprising statistics about my personal music collection!
- Number of unique music artists: 1,172.

The Prodigy - New Single "Omen"
The Prodigy finally has a new electronic music album, "Invaders Must Die" coming March 3, 2009. It's their first album of original material since 2004's Grammy-nominated "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned". You can hear clips of it already leaked online. The band has a new video, "Omen" released today. It features Keith Flint and Maxim on vocals and brings The Prodigy back to their "Fat of The Land" roots, but even cooler! The new album is definitely better than the last, and has been receiving positive reviews online. It's heavier, louder, danceable, and takes elements from all of their other previous albums. They may not top the charts again like they did in the late '90s, but The Prodigy is making a much better and highly anticipated comeback. Check out the video for the "Omen":
